Rachel Bilson, Ashley Tisdale and Dharma and Greg's Jenna Elfman are just a few celebrities who teamed up for a heartfelt tribute to a teenager battling a rare for of bone cancer.
Zach Sobiech, from Minnesota, inspired millions with his song Clouds, written in December last year after doctors told him he had just months to live.
And in a video released Monday, a group of lip-synching celebrities decided to send some inspiration back, with a tribute of Zach's YouTube hit for his 18th birthday.

Bryan Cranston of Breaking Bad, comedian Sarah Silverman, The Hangover's Ed Helms, and folk band the Lumiereers all make appearances in the video, produced by media company Soul Pancake, which was founded by The Office actor Rainn Wilson.
Four years ago Zach was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, and in June 2012, he was told he had under a year to live.
The teenager turned to music, starting the band A Firm Handshake with friends Sammy Brown and Reed Redmond.

They released Clouds on December 15 last year, and so far the song has been viewed more than 2.7million times on YouTube.
Zach's family told Today.com they were 'deeply touched' by the celebrity filled Clouds tribute.
'[We] are grateful they are helping Zach raise awareness about osteosarcoma,' added the family, who last year set up the Zach Sobiech Osteosarcoma Fund to raise money for the Children’s Cancer Research Fund.

The video has received more than 431,000 views in just four days, and the osteosarcoma fund had received $5,689 by Friday morning from 143 individual donors, according to Kelly Schultz, a spokesperson for the Children’s Cancer Research Fund.
Justin Baldoni of Soul Pancake, who directed the video tribute, told Zach: 'I told [the celebrities] I just wanted them to do something for you because you’ve done so much for us.
'What resulted was something very special. I just want you to know that this stuff’s not happening because you’re dying. It’s really because of the way you’re living.'

After watching the video, Zach, whose health is declining according to Ms Schultz, said: 'It really makes you want to keep on going.
'I want everyone to know you don't have to find out you're dying to start living.'
Since the tribute video was released, the original Clouds was downloaded 4,106 times on Wednesday alone - the most downloads the song has ever had in one day. Proceeds from the digital downloads go to support the Zach Sobiech Osteosarcoma Fund.
